Online lactation and feeding support without judgement
Feeding a baby can be tender, exhausting, painful, confusing—or all of those things in the same day. You deserve practical information and a plan that respects your goals, your body, your baby and your circumstances. I offer online support for breastfeeding, expressing, mixed feeding, formula feeding, bottle feeding, returning to work and weaning. The aim is not to push one “right” way to feed, but to help you make informed decisions with more confidence and less pressure.
This support may be right for you if…
You can book during pregnancy, in the early days or at any later stage when feeding changes or becomes difficult.
Pain, nipple damage, uncertainty about latch or positioning, or feeding that feels persistently uncomfortable
Questions about milk supply, frequent feeding, cluster feeding, weight information already provided by your healthcare team or whether your baby is transferring milk effectively.
Expressing, choosing and using a breast pump, flange fit, building a manageable pumping routine or storing milk.
Introducing bottles, paced bottle feeding, mixed feeding or formula feeding without shame
Returning to work, planning feeds and pumping, or protecting the feeding relationship during separation.
Breast refusal, nursing strikes, relactation goals, reducing supplements or changing the feeding plan with appropriate clinical oversight
Night feeding, gradual weaning, complete weaning or ending breastfeeding in a way that considers both parent and child
Support should not depend on feeding in one particular way.
Breastfeeding can matter deeply and still require adaptation. Mixed feeding and formula feeding also deserve accurate, non-judgemental support. We focus on informed choice, responsive feeding and the wellbeing of both baby and parent.
THE APPROACH
What happens in an online consultation
Before the session, you share your history, current feeding pattern and main questions. During the video call, we review the situation, observe a feed or pumping session when relevant and appropriate, and agree on a realistic plan.
You explain what is happening and what outcome would feel meaningful to you
I ask focused questions about birth, feeding history, health information already assessed, output, weight data, pain, routines and any supplements or equipment.

When useful, we observe positioning, attachment, bottle feeding or pumping technique .

You receive clear priorities and practical actions rather than an overwhelming list of rules.

Where assessment or treatment is required, I refer you to another appropriate regulated professional.

FAQ
SCOPE, REFERRARLS & URGENT CARE
Online feeding support cannot diagnose tongue-tie, dehydration, infection, allergy, poor growth, oral-motor difficulties or other medical conditions. Seek prompt medical care for a baby who is unusually sleepy or difficult to wake, has breathing difficulty, signs of dehydration, fever or concerning feeding behaviour, or when you are worried about growth. Seek medical advice for severe breast pain, spreading redness, fever, flu-like symptoms, significant bleeding, or any rapidly worsening condition. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
